TEKA trainees learn time and self-management
What do Eisenhower and Alpen have in common? Quite simply: both are methods for time and self-management - and you can't get to know them early enough to prevent stress at work.
Who hasn't experienced this? Time is running out, the to-do list is getting longer and longer. If you want to stay on top of things, you need good time and self-management. Our trainees have now learned some methods to divide their working time sensibly and organise tasks effectively in the stress management seminar. The feedback was positive: "Very varied and informative. The new methods definitely help me to manage my time better," says Luka.
"It is important to us not only to introduce the young people who are doing vocational training with us to their tasks in terms of content, but also to give them tools on how they can best solve them. That is why we offer them a series of seminars on various topics," explains training coordinator Gundel Schmidt. "But it is also very important for us to always have an open ear for the concerns of our junior staff. Our trainees know that they can always turn to their training supervisor or me if they have problems - whether at vocational school, at work or in their private lives. This creates trust and this is the basis for a good working atmosphere."
